Shadows of the day,

Shadows of the night,

I see Shadows on the floor,

There on the wall,

I see them outside,

There on the ground,

Shadows are everywhere, 

Are they an evil stalking,

Or are they good trying to warn,

Shadows are the unknown,

Here to stay,

One mimics me,

As I study the shadow,

I see it's me, As I stand before

me in a future state,

Warn me to look deeper inside me,

To help the shadow rest in peace.
